Lifelong Friendships

As 2014 rolls around, I am tossing in my guns and starting out fresh. In Fall of 2012, I was attending Arkansas Tech University as a freshman, and I got a bid from the fabulous {Zeta Tau Alpha}. Little did I know these people would become my best friends.

These girls have made me laugh, made me cry, made me mad, and made me want to punch a hole in the wall, but I would not trade my experience with ZTA for anything. I will miss the late night dancing, the random wine Wednesdays (that were on more than just Wednesdays), dancing on tables after 11pm, and learning to two step in a living room blaring 90s country music. I got cooking lessons to turn me into a "wifey"(which failed MISERABLY), and I got really good at hand-washing dishes.

With that being said, these girls pushed me to my limits, and told me what I needed to hear.
As 2014 rolled in, I moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas and will be attending the University of Arkansas this upcoming spring semester (OMG SO EXCITED). I do not know many people here but I am so excited to start fresh and learn how to do things on my own. I have a new job, a new apartment, a new school, a new town; if 2014 doesnt hold new and exciting things, then I must be doing something wrong.

So as the new year has passed, just remember one quote I heard today: "When was the last time you did something for the first time?" Tomorrow is not for certain, so take a jump and be adventurous.

Until next time.
